What's my story?

I love change – isolating and validating the why, planning for it, navigating it, and realizing the positive impact. I have served in numerous executive/CXO level positions throughout my 20+ year career – primarily in professional services organizations with the last decade in government contracting.  I enjoy bridging the business strategy to the tactical fight with an intimate understanding of corporate operations having responsibility for strategic planning, operationalizing business strategy, enterprise communications, business performance management, human resources, branding & marketing, business development, contracts, and IT.  Additionally, I have served as a Joint Venture Board Member, Board of Advisors liaison, Mentor Protégé Relationship Management Owner, Risk Management and Mitigation Owner, and M&A Committee Lead in cooperation with CFO and Legal teammates.  The most fun I have had is helping a business grow from $29M to $100+M and my time managing post-acquisition integrations. I established Ardan & Ally to embed executive-level expertise within a business's lifecycle to achieve success.  Success may mean scaling incrementally, navigating growth spurts, integrating post-acquisition, or downsizing. 

 

So, what's the story with the name? 

Ardan "ar-dan": high inspiration & Ally "al-ly": one that is associated with another as a helper: a person or group that provides assistance and support in an on-going effort, activity, or struggle.  That's us, inspired helpers.
